Experimental Poetry Form: Simple Rhyming Pattern

The following experimental poetry form is a simple rhyming pattern.  Other than the rhyming pattern, there is no other structure to the form.  The rhyming pattern is as follows:

c
d

Here is an example of a poem using this form:

Upon the bread was the tuna fish,
it was so placed upon a glass dish,
there was lettuce and tomato too,
and yellow mustard in a line,
a few pickles that were small,
and some chips of which there were nine,
and next to it a glass of soda topped with foam,
and this was served to one who had no home.
